Sureway Praise and Worship Team

The praise and Worship Team of Sureway is committed to encouraging and leading the family at large to offer adoration and honour to our God through music and song. The team aims at all times to ‘make His Praise glorious’, and as such, to bring the congregation to focus on God, in the right frame of mind and heart, and ultimately giving true worship, giving God our best

Mode of Operation

The team meet together almost every Friday evening between 8.00 and 10.00 and these meetings include:-

• Preparation for services
• Prayer and worship together
• Opportunities to learn new songs
• Teaching on different aspects of Praise and Worship
• Sharing and developing ideas
• Encouraging members to grow in their ministry

This ministry does require a high level of commitment, and people whose aim and desire is to worship God at all times, developing a lifestyle of worship.

“Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with clanging cymbals; praise him loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!” Psalm 150: 3-6

You are always welcome to sit and enjoy all that goes on to make up a Sureway Choir Rehearsal. If you then decide to join us afterwards no tryouts are necessary. All who are willing to attend practices and perform with us are welcome. I invite you to come and share the talent God has endowed you with. God Bless!

Overview

The Sureway Choir is an exciting and progressive mass choir that unites with those who like to sing and listen to inspiring contemporary gospel music. From a humble beginnings as a family singing group the Lord has moved us to a mass choir of over 25 regular members comprised of different nationalities.

Rehearsals

There are no pre-requisites to joining Sureway Choir, there are no auditions and you don't have to be able to read music, so just pop along to our rehearsals. Our rehearsals are on Saturdays from 6.00-8:00 p.m. in the church auditorium.
